Hence, Customer Service (CS) also plays a pivotal role by providing world-class support and by pushing customer-centricity to a benchmark level in the industry.

In order to further grow the team with outstanding capabilities and shape appropriate internal and external CS execution and delivery structures, we are looking for the #1 (m/f/d) of the Customer Care Department with direct reporting line to the Founder & CEO.

Responsibilities

  • Create a scalable Customer Care organization and lead a fast-growing team of managers and specialists across multiple sites, regions, and languages
  • Drive initiatives to achieve global customer satisfaction and efficiency KPIs
  • Grow and sustain a culture of customer-first mentality/ customer centricity
  • Drive innovations based on customer needs and expectations
  • Scale CS (internal and BPO) by doubling YOY

Required Profile

  • Experience in an international Site-Leader, Business-Unit-Leader or Head/ Director/ VP of CS Management role
  • Track record in successfully defining, implementing and executing state of the art CS strategies
  • Clear understanding of the dynamics of online services
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
